If I plan a
plan for the next morn’
And sleep
in plushy bed, sheets and pillow
Perhaps a
plan for learning and jaunt
I’ll start
the day with sprite and vigor
An early
run beside the central river
Will meet
you up with beings of success
Perhaps a
race against successful winners
Will
motivate you to conquer the mass
For in a
land of ease and sure
With
safety, peace and financial lure
A man can
work, a man must endure
For him to
make his mark, honest and pure
Yet in my
dreams I see a mix
Of old men,
cultures and some myths
It bothers,
hinders and controls my vision
But lest I was assured they are life’s lesson
Thus blends
of metal and sounds of silence
Greets me
in places of art and class
I hear the sounds of different dances
And I’m
assured of pillars that last
I end my
day and made a plan
A plan for
more in real dream land
Another
race for dreams and man
Immortal;
I’ll be in hour glass sand
